Please read this first
This page covers website use. A connection is supplied only after Genius Network confirms your order and provides the applicable service terms. Your accepted application/order, plan details and any written SLA govern the subscribed service; these Terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
01
Who these terms apply to
“Genius Network”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Genius Network Private Limited (CIN U61201MH2024PTC418532), registered with ROC Mumbai. “You” means a visitor to this website or a person making an enquiry through it. By browsing the site, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable laws of India.
These website terms are separate from the customer application form, customer agreement, plan-specific conditions, fair usage policy, refund/cancellation policy and any corporate service level agreement that may apply after an order is accepted.
02
Plans, prices and service availability
The website describes home broadband, Small Business connectivity, Corporate Leased Line, IPTV and OTT options. Plan names, speeds, validity, pricing, installation charges, taxes, included apps and promotional benefits are shown for guidance and may change as offers are updated.
Service availability and installation are subject to network feasibility at the requested address.
Before you pay, check the written quotation or order confirmation for the final price, taxes, validity, installation/equipment charges, renewal terms and included services.
Website prices or an enquiry do not by themselves reserve a plan or create a service contract. An order is accepted only when Genius Network confirms it in writing or through its authorised customer process.
Advertised speeds are plan limits (“up to” speeds); actual performance may vary with network conditions, location, Wi-Fi, customer devices and other factors. A corporate SLA applies only when separately agreed in writing.
03
Enquiries, WhatsApp and orders
When you submit an enquiry, the information you provide—such as your name, mobile number, service interest and area—is used to respond and check availability. The enquiry form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to +91 91670 70706; you review it and choose whether to send it. Opening WhatsApp does not place an order or start a connection.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, OTPs or other authentication codes in an enquiry message. Make payments only using a payment method confirmed in your official order or invoice.
04
Acceptable use
You must use the website and any subscribed connection lawfully and responsibly. Do not use them to break the law, distribute malware, compromise another person’s network or account, send unlawful bulk messages, interfere with network operations, or infringe another person’s rights.
Do not resell, redistribute or share a connection outside the permitted use of your selected plan unless Genius Network has authorised it in writing. Business connectivity and any permitted multi-user use remain subject to the terms of the relevant business plan.
05
Network, maintenance and equipment
Service may be affected by planned maintenance, repairs, power or equipment issues, physical conditions, third-party networks, weather, emergency work or other events outside reasonable control. We work to maintain service, but the website does not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime unless a written SLA says otherwise.
Any router, optical device or other customer-premises equipment supplied with a service will be identified in your order. Ownership, care, relocation and return requirements for that equipment are governed by the order or customer agreement. Please follow support instructions before moving or disconnecting provider equipment.
06
IPTV, OTT apps and third-party services
Channels, apps, programmes and other content depend on the plan you purchase, your location, technical compatibility and the rights available at the time. The included apps shown on a pack are the apps identified for that pack; availability and catalogues may change under the applicable service or content-provider terms.
Third-party apps and platforms have their own terms, privacy practices and account requirements. A third-party subscription is included only when the accepted plan explicitly says so. Genius Network does not control third-party platforms or their catalogues.
07
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, design, brand assets and other materials belong to Genius Network or their respective rights holders. You may view the site for personal or internal business use. Do not copy, modify, publish or commercially exploit site materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
We try to keep website information accurate and current. If you spot an error, ask us to confirm the relevant plan or detail before acting on it.
08
Privacy and communications
Personal information submitted through this site is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may contact you about an enquiry or service request using the contact details you provide. You can raise privacy questions at sales@geniusnetwork.in.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation requests, refund eligibility and processing. The terms supplied with your accepted order apply to your specific plan.
09
Suspension, changes and legal rights
Any restriction, suspension, renewal or termination of a subscribed service will be handled under the accepted service terms and applicable regulatory requirements, including any notice or process required by law. These website terms may be updated when our site or services change; the date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer, telecom or other laws. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
10
Questions, complaints and governing law
For a plan enquiry or service complaint, contact Genius Network at +91 91670 70706 or sales@geniusnetwork.in. Share your registered mobile number, service address and a short description so the team can identify the request. Support hours shown on this website are Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed by the complaint, consumer or telecom redressal mechanism and court/forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law. For information about telecom complaint escalation, see the TRAI grievance redressal information.
Clear steps for cancelling a new connection, changing a plan, requesting a refund or returning Genius equipment.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Quick summary
For a new connection cancelled before installation is completed, Genius Network’ published policy provides a full refund. After installation, a partial refund may be considered based on usage. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days; any security deposit is refunded after provider equipment is returned in working condition.
01
When this policy applies
This policy covers refund and cancellation requests for Genius Network home broadband, Small Business connectivity, Corporate Leased Line, IPTV and OTT services ordered through an authorised Genius Network channel. Your accepted order, customer agreement and plan-specific terms confirm the service, charges, validity and any additional conditions.
An enquiry or pre-filled WhatsApp message is not an order and does not create a payment or refund entitlement. If a written order term gives you a more favourable right, or applicable law requires a different outcome, that right applies.
02
Cancellation before installation
You may request cancellation of a new connection before installation is completed. Under Genius Network’ published policy, a new connection cancelled before installation receives a full refund of the amount paid for that new connection.
Contact the team using the details below and include your order or payment reference so the request can be matched to your payment.
03
Cancellation after installation or activation
If installation has been completed or the service has been activated, a partial refund may be issued based on usage. The amount depends on the plan, the period used and the charges shown in your accepted order. Genius Network will explain the calculation and any applicable adjustment when responding to your request.
Charges for a service period already used may reduce the refundable amount. No fixed prorated formula is stated here; ask the team for a written calculation before confirming a cancellation.
04
Upgrades and downgrades
You may request a plan upgrade; under Genius Network’ published policy, an approved upgrade activates immediately. A downgrade takes effect in the next billing cycle. The team will confirm any price difference, new validity or other plan-specific effect before the change is applied.
05
Provider equipment and security deposit
If a security deposit was collected, Genius Network’ published policy provides for its refund after provider equipment is returned in working condition. Any equipment ownership, return, care or pending-dues conditions stated in your accepted customer agreement also apply.
Please arrange a return with the support team and request confirmation that the equipment has been received. Do not courier equipment to an address until Genius Network confirms the return process.
06
How to submit a cancellation or refund request
Contact Genius Network through WhatsApp at +91 91670 70706 or email sales@geniusnetwork.in. Support hours shown on this website are Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
Include your name, registered mobile number, service address, plan, order or payment reference, installation/activation status and reason for cancellation. For an equipment-deposit request, mention the equipment return status. Never send an OTP, password or full card/bank credentials.
Genius Network may contact you to verify the account and request information reasonably needed to assess the request. The team will confirm the result and any refund amount in writing.
07
Refund processing time
Genius Network’ published policy states that refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. The time for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on the original payment method, bank or payment provider. If the refund has not appeared after that period, contact support with your order and payment reference.
Security deposits, where applicable, are processed after provider equipment is returned in working condition and the account is checked under the accepted customer agreement.
08
IPTV, OTT and third-party charges
Where an app or content subscription was billed directly by a third-party platform, its cancellation and refund terms apply; contact that platform for those charges. For an OTT benefit included in a Genius plan, refer to the accepted plan terms and contact Genius Network to request help with the broadband or bundle service.
09
Questions, complaints and your rights
If you disagree with a decision or the refund calculation, reply to the support response with your order reference and the issue you want reviewed. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer or telecom laws. For telecom complaint and appellate-authority information, see the TRAI grievance redressal mechanism.
This policy explains what information may be handled when you browse this website, send a service enquiry, or use Genius Network services.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Quick overview
Genius Network uses information to respond to enquiries and, where you become a customer, to provide and support the services you request. This website’s enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not send the message until you choose Send in WhatsApp.
01
Information we may collect
If you use the enquiry form, the details you choose to enter may include your name, mobile number, service interest, area or address, PIN code, optional company or bandwidth details, other requirements, and any plan selected on the website. You can choose whether to open and send the prepared WhatsApp enquiry.
If you take a service, Genius Network may also handle account and service information needed to fulfil it, such as your contact and installation details, plan, service usage or network performance information, connected equipment details, and billing or payment records. The applicable order and service terms describe information required for that service.
02
How information is used
Information may be used to reply to your enquiry, check service availability, recommend or arrange a plan, process an order, activate and manage services, provide customer support, maintain network performance, protect services and accounts, prevent fraud or misuse, and manage billing, renewals or service communications.
We may send service-related updates using the contact details you provide. You can ask us to stop promotional communications; essential service or account messages may still be sent where needed.
03
Website enquiries and WhatsApp
When you submit the website enquiry form, your browser creates a pre-filled message addressed to Genius Network’ WhatsApp number, +91 91670 70706. You can review or edit it, and it is sent only if you choose to send it in WhatsApp. If you do not send the message, Genius Network does not receive the form details through that WhatsApp flow.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party. Once you use it, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices apply to its processing of your information. Avoid including passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details or other sensitive authentication information in an enquiry.
04
Information about subscribed services
For customers, service-related records may be used to install and maintain the connection, answer support requests, troubleshoot faults, monitor service quality, manage account security, and administer billing or renewals. Any information collected through a customer app or another service channel is also subject to the notices and terms presented for that channel.
This website does not ask you to enter payment card or bank credentials in its enquiry form. Payment information, if applicable to an order, is handled through the payment method or provider identified during that transaction.
05
Sharing and third parties
Genius Network may use authorised staff and service providers who need information to respond to an enquiry or deliver, support, secure or bill a requested service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a lawful authority or to protect rights, safety and network security.
Genius Network’ published privacy statement says it does not sell or rent personal information. External platforms such as WhatsApp, CRM, app stores, payment providers and OTT apps process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
06
Safeguarding information
Genius Network states in its published privacy information that it uses safeguards such as encryption and access controls to protect information. No website, messaging service or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security. Please use trusted devices and do not share account credentials or one-time codes.
07
How long information is kept
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, provide or support a service, manage accounts and disputes, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. The specific period can depend on whether an enquiry becomes a customer account and on the records involved.
08
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit an enquiry, leave optional fields blank, or decline to send the WhatsApp draft. You may contact us to request access to or correction of information associated with your enquiry or account, ask about deletion where applicable, or opt out of promotional messages.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain records where required for service, legal or regulatory purposes. Contact sales@geniusnetwork.in for privacy requests.
09
External websites and apps
This website links to services operated by other organisations, including WhatsApp, customer login, Google Play, Apple’s App Store, TRAI and OTT providers. Those services have their own privacy notices and controls. Review their policies before providing information; Genius Network does not control their independent data practices.
10
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our website, services or privacy practices change. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. The version published on this website applies from its publication date.
